We received many compliments on the delicious meal, which tasted amazing, and far from what people have come to expect from a “mass-catered” meal, like a wedding reception.” “We struck gold when we found CK, which not only provided amazing and creative appetizers, but a memorable dinner that our 80 guests are still talking about. We loved the bacon-wrapped dates, thai spring rolls and chicken satay for cocktail hour. For dinner we also served the champagne chicken, which was again very tender, rich and juicy. Asparagus made a great seasonal side. And, the salad with feta, cranberries and pecans was a nice complement.”

Day-of, the staff was professional, courteous and efficient. We also had late night subs which people said were better than any sub shop. They were huge and had many different types of meat on each.
